Summarising the LIFE TACKLE activities in Brussels with the Royal Belgian FA, the city of Brussels and other local stakeholders, the scientific paper “Inclusive and Participative Decision Making for Improving Environmental Performances in Football Stadiums: Brussels’ Roi Baudouin stadium study case” found its place in the “Managing Sports” section of the Conference which aims at building and disseminating new ideas around the business and management of sport and sport related industries.

On behalf of ACR+ and LIFE TACKLE project, Erneszt Kovacs will reflect on the journey including efforts that were put in and the results achieved by the Royal Belgian FA and the city of Brussels.

The Conference itself is one of the few of its kind, giving the opportunity to researchers and practitioners in management in sports to present the current tendencies and needs for improved sustainability to an audience of nearly 2.000 academics.
After the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM) took the initiative to invite management scholars to evaluate the opportunity to launch an association for general management in Europe, back in 1999, EURAM was founded in 2001, as a learning society. It aims at advancing the academic discipline of management in Europe.
With members from 60 countries in Europe and beyond, EURAM has a high degree of diversity and provides its members with opportunities to enrich debates over a variety of research management themes and traditions.
